Ribs and yucca

Ingredients; beef ribs, yucca, parsley, tomato, onions, pepper, salt, oil. Boiled the yucca until tender and save it. Deep-fry the ribs. In a big pan, add the fried ribs and the rest of ingredients and cook them. Add water and continued cooking for 15minutes. Cut the yucca in small pieces and added to the ribs for about 10 more minutes. Suggestion :serve with rice and salad
