Chicken Hearts Appetizer

  • 16oz chicken hearts
  • Salt and pepper
  • A red onion
  • Cheese
  • Parsley
Obs: add french fries

This recipe is easy to make: add salt and pepper to the chicken hearts and place them in a pan. When it is sizzling, add parsley and onions and let it cook for five more minutes. Add cheese (french fries) and serve.
