Papaya Cream Dessert

This is a very light dessert and it will be excellent for summer time.



INGREDIENTS:
  • Pulp of ½ a ripe medium papaya
  • 6½ oz vanilla ice cream
  • 1½ tbsp crème de cassis liqueur (optional)

PREPARATION METHOD:
Place papaya pulp in a blender and beat until a soft cream is obtained. Add the scoops of ice cream and beat until cream has a thick texture.  

Brunetto.
