Brownie Royal

Brownie Royal
INGREDIENTS:

12 2/3 oz bittersweet chocolate
1½ cups butter
9 eggs
4 cups sugar
½ tbsp vanilla extract
1½ cups wheat flour
¾ cup chocolate powder
1½ cups chopped nuts
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Chocolate syrup
Mint sprigs
Chocolate shavings
PREPARATION METHOD:
Grease a large mold with butter and sprinkle with chocolate powder. Set aside. On a platter, place cut up chocolate and butter. Microwave for 3 minutes. Mix well to blend and set aside. In another bowl, place the eggs, sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Add the chocolate and mix until completely blended. Add the nuts, flour and chocolate and mix slowly without beating. Spread the dough in the mold and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 340˚ for 10 minutes; turn mold and bake another 8 minutes. Wait for it to cool and cut into 4 x 7 rectangles
