My daughter surprised me one day when she decided to make barbecue. In this picture, she prepared barbecue for six people. She cooked the meat to the right temperature that everyone wanted and explained the technic used to obtain a good flavor. The only help I provided to her was buying the meat and placing it in the skewers.
